OPENING JANUARY 2, 2026

Pelvic health is at the core of my practice. After experiencing the benefits of pelvic health physiotherapy myself following the birth of my daughter, I became so interested in this field that I made a career change to dedicate my work to it. I am passionate about helping others feel strong and supported in the activities that matter most to them, whether that’s training, parenting, or simply moving through daily life without pain or worry.
I have training in vaginal and rectal assessments and treatment, pregnancy and postpartum care, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder concerns, and post-surgical recovery. I work with clients of all genders and activity levels, and my goal is that each person leaves their session with a better understanding of their body and a clear plan to get back to what they love.
As an active individual who enjoys snowboarding, running, and weight lifting, I understand firsthand how frustrating it can be when symptoms interfere with movement. I enjoy working with athletes managing leakage, heaviness, or pain in training, as well as non-athletes who want to feel confident in their routines, social life, or recovery after pregnancy or surgery.
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my daughter and chasing after my new puppy, Benny.
