Dr. Allie Zaruk, Owner & Chiropractor

She was born and raised in Grimsby. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 2012 with a Bachelor of Honours in Health Sciences, she went on to complete her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2017.

Dr. Zaruk provides an evidence-based approach to care, and creates individualized treatment plans that may include:

• Acupuncture
• Active Release Technique
• Rehabilitation Exercises
• Athletic Taping
• Spinal Manipulative Therapy
• Custom Orthotics Fitting
• Complete Concussion Management training

She is trained and certified in Webster Technique for pregnant patients and has hundreds of additional training hours in treating the paediatric population.
