Dr. Amanda was born and raised in Beamsville. She graduated from Brock University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a minor in Labour Studies. She completed her Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2024. At this time, she also completed her certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University. Shortly after this, Dr. Amanda completed her Animal Chiropractic certification at the Veterinary Chiropractic Learning Centre in 2025. This allows her to safely treat dogs, cats and horses. Dr. Hendriks knew she wanted to be a chiropractor from a young age, as chiropractic care always helped her perform her best as a competitive swimmer.
Dr. Hendriks believes in evidence-based, patient-centred care. Whether she is treating humans or animals, it is her priority to find a treatment plan that is going to work best to the patient’s individual needs! Her treatments include:
